We regularly support good causes as part of our pro bono mandates and social commitment. In doing so, we work with the same quality standards that we apply to every other mandate. Because justice is important to us.
Our commitment
Commitment Constitutional complaint against data retention
Since November 2015, we have been active against data retention in our own name and on behalf of many other individuals subject to professional secrecy, such as journalists, members of parliament and doctors. Immediately after the law passed the Bundesrat, we initiated the first summary proceedings at the Federal Constitutional Court and filed the first constitutional complaint in December 2015.
The Mainz coal-fired power plant will not be built. The ruling by the Koblenz Higher Administrative Court has finally brought the coal-fired power plant project in Mainz to an end. Lawyer Carl Christian Müller represented some of the plaintiffs in the approval proceedings.
Commitment Support for wave of warnings against Redtube users
Just before Christmas in 2013, tens of thousands of users of the Redtube platform received warning letters. It was doubtful whether the claims made against them were valid. However, it turned out that the mailing was only made possible by the failure of an overburdened judiciary.
We provide legal advice at the highest level. Partiality, confidentiality and independence are the maxims of our actions. We see ourselves not only as independent and therefore, in the best interests of our clients, critical advisors, but also as representatives of your interests, which we know how to assert.
