Even if you submit your inquiry late in the evening, at weekends or on public holidays, it will be read and assessed by a lawyer as soon as it is received. If it is an urgent case, we will also call you back on the day of the inquiry in these cases
The case is urgent, for example, if you are threatened with legal disadvantages due to the expiry of a deadline on the day of the request and these can be averted by our action in the time remaining. We assess whether a case is urgent based on the legal situation and our experience, which you can fully trust at this point.
If you do not receive a call on the day of the request, we will call you back the next day or working day at the latest.
